Shingleton receives NSF CAREER Award

Alexander Shingleton, assistant professor in Zoology, has been awarded the National Science Foundation's (NSF) CAREER award for his research, "Size Matters - The regulation of allometry in insects."

The CAREER award is one of the National Science Foundation's most prestigious awards. The CAREER program emphasizes the NSF's commitment to the early development of outstanding faculty researchers and educators.  Awardees are recognized for their excellence in teaching and ability to inspire learning and discovery through research.
